About Verosa
Our Story
Verosa was founded in 2018 by Beth Hood. Following a unique and exciting career at the very top of the British Government, Beth spent years applying social science and business psychology across operational, strategic and policy environments.
Throughout her career, she saw first-hand the impact that leadership behaviours can have on people, performance and organisational success. She also saw that too many organisations were overlooking one of their greatest opportunities: creating the conditions for their people to thrive.
Verosa was created to help organisations realise and capitalise on the value of great leadership and meaningful development.
Today, we work with organisations across the UK and around the world, helping them navigate complexity, strengthen capability and create lasting, positive change.
