Alison has over 25 years’ experience in personal development, career management and workplace wellbeing. She is a trusted advisor, skilled coach (18 years +) and experienced occupational psychologist practitioner.
Alison’s style combines her commercial understanding and psychological expertise into a pragmatic, person-centred approach. Her work is bespoke, seeking to understand the individual she is coaching and their unique context.
