Donna is a solution-focused Senior Leader, Business Consultant, and Organisation Development Practitioner, with extensive experience aligning strategy, structure, and culture for more effective organisations. She has partnered with businesses during M&A and transformation to drive business growth and increase engagement.

Before freelance consultancy, Donna held multiple in-house roles, across the private and public sector. Partnering with Exec teams, CEO’s and HRD’s for the most effective approaches to build workforce capability and engagement. She has worked with globally recognized brands and international corporations such as TATA, Heathrow Airport, Bausch & Lomb, American Express and Aramco, to develop leadership, nurture talent, increase team effectiveness and bring about culture change.

In all elements of her work, Donna aims to support teams, leaders and individuals to find their edge. Her practice draws on coaching, facilitation, team development, system & design thinking, digital & social learning and cross-cultural dynamics. Donna works with clients to build bespoke programmes and frameworks to identify and meet their specific needs.
