Based in Sydney, Gloria brings more than 25 years of experience across sectors as diverse as pharmaceuticals, retail, construction and hospitality – with over 15 of those years in Fortune 500 organisations. Her career has taken her from sales and product launches to strategic account management, business operations and leadership development, giving her a breadth of perspective on what really drives performance and change.

She designs and delivers programmes that go beyond theory – practical, skills-based experiences that create real shifts in behaviour and unlock individual and collective potential. She has led “Coach the Coach” initiatives that embed accountability into the learning journey, ensuring new skills translate into action. Her work includes the design and delivery of leadership and management programmes, onboarding journeys and induction experiences – all crafted to align seamlessly with organisational goals and customer needs.
