Jide Fadojutimi

Jide is a trainer, business coach and actor. He worked in the Finance Sector before embarking on life as a Professional Actor. Alongside performances he started facilitating and training hard to reach audiences across the UK.

Starting primarily with the British army and in the Early Careers space. Over the last 13 years Jide’s work has been at all levels, globally with clients across sectors such as Healthcare, Engineering, Banking, FMCG, Tech & Fashion. As a contractor, he has forged enduring relationships with numerous companies, showcasing adept project management skills and thriving in fluid and highly dynamic environments.

As a facilitator Jide’s passion lies in developing high-functioning teams that understand the value of diversity and inclusion as a cornerstone of effective operations. He firmly believes that fostering an inclusive environment leads to innovation, creativity, and overall organizational success. 

He draws on his acting background to bring training to life in areas such as Presenting, Personal Impact and Influencing Skills. 

His coaching approach is to challenge with support and empathy. He works side by side with clients, helping them discover insights that unlocks their will and lead to action.
