Tali Graham

With nearly 20 years of experience spanning Corporate Leadership, Project Management, and professional performance, Tali Graham brings a unique skillset to her work as a Facilitator, Executive Coach, and Learning Content Designer. Her guiding principles are simple and consistent: learning is more effective with a dash of fun, methodology should be grounded in research and neuroscience, and effective communication is at the heart of all successful work and leadership.

Tali spent many years in Financial Services with a specialization in Operations, as a People Leader and a Project Manager. Holding a Green Belt in Lean Management, she navigated the demands of cross-functional and global initiatives, leading to a deep, firsthand understanding of the challenges that come with leading teams and driving change across complex organizations.

Her background as a professional actor spans film, theatre, improv, voiceover, and even opera, adding a distinctive creative edge to her work. This foundation informs her approach to presence, connection, and engagement, ensuring that no learning experience ever feels like a dull PowerPoint narration.

Tali has partnered with an expansive roster of Fortune 500 companies and global teams across industries including Finance, Pharma, Law, Aerospace, and more, working with everyone from individual contributors to senior executives. She designs and delivers interactive, neuroscience-backed learning experiences, with a talent for translating insight into practical habits that actually stick.

Tali holds her ACC coaching credential and is particularly skilled in the areas of Communication, Leadership Development, Behaviour Change, and ADHD. She is also deeply committed to community: a former board member of an LGBTQ & Allies Employee Resource Group, past Treasurer of a nonprofit theatre company, and most recently Vice President of Project My Voice, bringing self-leadership tools to underserved communities and youth.

Tali lives in Stamford, Connecticut, with her 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 husband.
